Portal Messaging Guidelines
Please allow 2-3 business days for a reply. Messages must be brief (non-urgent) and limited to:
- Refills & side effects.
- Clarifications on current supplements, meds, or tests (up to 7 days after your last appointment)
- Direct replies to clinician questions.
Note: New symptoms or complex health changes require a follow-up appointment. We do not provide clinical consultations or personalized medical advice via the portal.
Cancellations & Lab Results
- 72-Hour Notice: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 3 business days in advance to avoid a fee equal to 100% of the visit cost.
